This week we visit Centro Basco,  an icon in Chino since 1940 when the Basque population soared in the community with over 1,000 families.   Centro Basco lays at the center of the Basque community in Southern California with festivals and picnics throughout the year.  Owner, Monique Berterreche and her husband Pierre took over ownership in 1970.  Now their son Joey and daughter Bernadette run the operations.
