Bourbon Squares are handcrafted by Sousan and Nikki in Montclair. The signature chocolate is made with high quality dark chocolate surrounding a buttercream filling with top-shelf 90 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon WhiskeyMarkers Mark Bourbon, topped with a walnut. The ladies also offer Blazin’ Squares (Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey) and SBK (Seasalt, Baileys, Kahlua). For the beer lovers they make three different fillings: IPA, Cafe Mocha (Cappucino Coffee Stout) and RaspBeery (Belgian Raspberry Beer). Sousan and Nikki are in the process of opening their first Microbrewery in Montclair. Dragon’s Take Brewery will be the first entirely female owned brewery in the Inland Empire
