This week on the Savory Road we visit Kurt Dale, Brewmaster of Dale Bros. Brewery in Upland. When we asked Kurt, where we can find the best German beer in the Inland Empire he said “any Mexican beer will do”. After all, the German/Austrain Empire governed Mexico for a time and passed on their beer making tradition into the Mexican culture. In celebration of Oktoberfest, Dale Bros. are brewing up a Oktober Fiesta Beer.
