December 28, we visit Dan Drake owner of Drake Family Goat Farm in Ontario. He shows us how the make “Artisanal” and “Farmstead” goat cheese. Dan and team produce a creamy Southern California Chevre in an assortment of flavors. Along with the Chevre they make Feta, Mozerella, a type of parmeasan and many more. They offer their cheese online or at local farmers market.
