This week we visit the Great Harvest Bread Company in Eastvale. Owner Meredith Sumenek pours her love of baking and a dream of opening her own business into each creation that comes out of the ovens.

Meredith starts with a passion for baking that started with her mother a home baker.
Opening in the fall, Meredith started her Great Harvest franchise.

Each baked item is made from fresh ingredients. Everyday they make a Honey Whole Wheat, Farmhouse White and a Cinnamon Chip Bread.
Different breads are offered each day: Cheddar Garlic, Sonoma, Potato Fennel Thyme, Hummus, Brown Rice, Anadama.
Muffins are offered: Mexican Chocolate, Hot Battered Rum, etc..
Savory Biscuits are on the menu: Ham and Cheese, Roast Beef and Cheese, Parmesan and Black Pepper.
Lots of scones are on the menu: Berry Cream Cheese, Peach Cinn Chip Cream Cheese.
