Jeff visits the Highland Springs Resort in Cherry Valley, CA . Highland Springs Resort is a 2,400 acre Historical Landmark in the foothills of the San Gorgonio Pass. Starting from a Spanish Land Grant in the early 1800’s to a stagecoach stop and then developing into a health resort similar to the Catskills in the Northeast. Famous celebrities such as Bob Hope, Elizabeth Taylor, Earnest Hemingway and Roy Rodgers came on retreat. Even Dr. Albert Einstein was a regular at the resort in the 30’s. Today the feel of past with all the modern comforts are available for all to visit.
