The Annual Corona Rotary Lobsterfest takes place each May. This year it was at the Fender Center in Corona.
2,500 pounds of Lobster are flown from New Hampshire by Orion Seafood International, Inc.

Lobster cook for 15 minutes.
Internal temperature should be 145 degrees then they continue to cook in the coolers
The lobster are then placed in these coolers until ready to eat.
Drake BBQ caterers cook up the steaks for the event
