El Fortin 3 is located in the city of Chino. It is the only Oaxacan restaurant in the Inland Empire. Owner Nicholas serves up a variety of Oaxacan cuisine including several Moles and tlayuda’s (pizza) and even some grasshoppers.

Oaxcan cuisine is famous for it’s Mole’s. El Fortin offers several different kinds, all made in Oaxaca.

Chilacayota is a drink made up of pumpkin pulp, pumpkin strands, small chunks of cantaloupe and a mixture of cantaloupe and tamarind juice as well as piloncillo (Mexican brown sugar).
