On this last leg of this ambitious “only stopping for food” road trip – Jeff, Donna, and Chris climb 6,000 feet to Mount Hood’s Timberline lodge, hike into Crater Lake, cross the border and ascend into Yosemite then Mammoth. Our last day we cruise through the Alabama Hills, then slide across the high desert – all while in their car!
