This week we are introduced to the world of poutine. The Kroft,a new eatery at the new Packing District in Anaheim, specialize in this French-Canadian specialty. The folks at The Kroft, are also making familiar dishes with an innovative twist, using organic, sustainable and seasonal ingredients.
Poutine is a common Canadian dish, originally from Quebec, made with french fries, topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce and cheese curds.
