The Savory Road Crew stopped in at Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse. Located on the Saanich peninsula a few minutes north of Victoria, BC. Owner Kristen Jordan, inherited the family apple orchard on the mainland and re-planted it on Vancouver Island.
The ten acre farm has over 1,300 apple trees with over 50 varieties of heritage apples. They produce 17 different types of cider from a crisp “sharp” style Pippins Cider to a cider called “Rumrunner” which is aged in rum soaked bourbon barrels. Every cider produced here is unique and filled with passion from Kristen.
